Mountain Man Rendezvous

  • 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Location: Mid-America All-Indian Center

  • Come experience a 1700 - early 1800's Mountain Man camp. Demonstrations will include fire and friction, bead making and tomahawk throwing, as well as traditional living and cooking. Admission free with a Riverfest button.

  • The Wichita Children’s Theatre celebrates 22 years with Riverfest. In this original adaptation, Goldilocks is on her way to visit Little Red Riding Hood and stumbles into the home of The Three Bears. While there, she wreaks havoc on the bears’ house. The fun begins when the family arrives home. The performance is free with a Riverfest button, first come first served, capacity 600.
