Miguel “MAMBO” DeLeon has been performing for over 27 years, going back to the 70’s doing backup percussion and vocal for vocalist of the famed FANIA ALL-STARS, and opening act for artist/bands like Sonora Ponceña and famed pianist Papo Luca, Ruben Blades, Willie Colon, Hector Lavoe, Ray Baretto… the list goes on. Throughout the 27 yrs Miguel “MAMBO” DeLeon has had the privilege and honor of opening and performing with Legendary Tito Puente in numerous cities, i.e. Cleveland, Chicago, Tampa/Orlando and Puerto Rico.
